BSO Music & Wellness concert at Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness

Bangor Symphony Orchestra musicians to perform at Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness as part of their Music & Wellness Program

BANGOR, Maine – The collaborative spirit continues between the Bangor Symphony Orchestra and Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness in downtown Bangor. On May 29, 2025, at noon, musicians from the Bangor Symphony Orchestra, along with other community musicians, will perform a 45-minute concert, free and open to the public, as part of their Music & Wellness Program.

Representatives from many local organizations touched by this program will be present. BSO Executive Director Renia Shterenberg and Music Director Lucas Richman will speak, as well as Lisa Sockabasin, Co-CEO Wabanaki Public Health and Wellness. Additional speakers will be Sandy Nesin, Esq., St. Joseph Healthcare Vice President of Operations, and nurse Naomi Freedburg.

Musicians performing will be Lynn Brubaker – violin; Marisa Solomon – cello; Patricia Stowell – piano; Katherine Liccardo, violin; Matt Consul, viola
