Since 2015, the Bangor Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, staff, and musicians have worked together to prepare and serve meals at the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter (BAHS) twice per year. Bringing live music to BAHS became part of our service visits starting in 2018.
While this work continues, we will be adding a special visit on November 19th, when guest cellist Mark Kosower will perform the music of J.S. Bach during lunch at BAHS as part of his ongoing Bach for Humanity project. The BSO is taking this opportunity to collect items for the BAHS Winter Wishlist, and we are inviting you to help!
